As one of the first Persian women to break into the male-dominated world of football agency, she combines global expertise with a mission to open the business of football to the next generation of agents worldwide.
After earning her Master’s in Sports Management and Legal Skills with FC Barcelona & ISDE, Darya built an impressive career across some of football’s most competitive markets. In Spain, she managed transfers and represented international players, while also serving as Sports Director at Racing Madrid, where she was deeply involved in club operations, contract negotiations, and player development strategies. Her career then expanded into the Middle East, where she founded On The Ball Management Consultancies in Dubai, bridging markets between Europe, Asia, and the Gulf, while also organizing international football events and legends’ matches. Through these experiences, she became a trusted figure in the global football industry — known not only for her ability to close deals and shape careers, but also for her behind-the-scenes influence in negotiations that connected clubs, directors, and players across continents.
In 2025, Darya relocated to Miami, which she recognized as the new epicenter of U.S. soccer’s growth. There, she observed something striking: the passion and ambition for football in America were undeniable, yet the knowledge about becoming a FIFA Licensed Agent was almost nonexistent. People were eager to enter the business of the game, but lacked the roadmap to do so. With the 2026 FIFA World Cup set to accelerate the sport’s golden era in North America, she saw the urgency to bridge this gap.
That realization inspired the creation of Soccer Agent Academy — a fully online education and mentorship platform designed to provide aspiring agents with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to enter the football industry. Through digital courses, exclusive real-world case studies, and structured mentorship programs — including a dedicated VIP track for women — the Academy equips future professionals to master FIFA regulations, contracts, transfers, and negotiations, while gaining the credibility to launch trusted and profitable careers.
Today, Darya’s journey — from Iran to Spain, the Middle East, and now Miami — stands as proof that resilience and vision can break barriers.
